What kind of paper do you use?

Our “Creatables” are made with high quality photo paper.

What kind of chocolates do you use?

We use Hershey products or Nestle Crunch bars for our creations. (If you would like another brand of candy bar wrapped, be sure to let us know.)

Does the original wrapper stay on your products?

The original Hershey or Nestle wrapper must remain on the chocolate bar, under our personalized wrapper because the original wrapper includes the list of ingredients and any allergy statements.

How do I place my order?

To start the ordering process, we will need the following information: Name, email address, street address, occasion, date of the occasion, products you have in mind, approximate number of wrappers needed, and name of wrapper design. Upon receiving your order, we will email or mail you a “Customer Order Request Form”. This form lists the specifics of your order (sample of design, wording requested, colors, etc) and gives you the opportunity to review or change your order before proof is sent. This form must be signed and returned along with a $15.00 or 50% deposit (which ever is higher). After receipt of this form, a proof will be sent to you via email or mail (your choice), then the printing process will begin (proofs are sent only when candy wrappers are ordered). Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. **Please note—An expedite fee of $25.00 will be included on all rush orders.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order after the wrapper has been designed, however, there is a $20.00 design fee for cancelled orders. If you cancel your order before a proof has been sent, there is no design fee charged.

Can I add a photograph to my wrapper?

Yes, we can add a photo to any of the 7oz or 1.55oz candy wrappers for free. We recommend using JPEG format. Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may have to crop the image in order to fit the product. Please note that we will not color correct or retouch your image. We reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material. We will not reproduce materials that are deemed by our staff to be offensive or obscene. Note- Professional photographs are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without the written consent of the photographer.

What are your accepted methods of payment?

We accept checks, cash, money orders and payments through Pay pal. You must sign up with pay pal in order to process your payment. The link for pay pal is www.paypal.com. After setting up your pay pal account, you can then send your payments to Lilycreates@yahoo.com. Please note—All checks must clear before order is shipped. We do not recommend sending cash through the US Postal Service.


I want my chocolates shipped to me. How will you ship my chocolates to me if it’s warm (75 degrees or higher)?

All chocolates must be shipped Second Day or Next Day Air. Your chocolates will be shipped in a cooler with a gel pack. You will receive a call or email (your choice) informing you “Your order has been shipped” and a tracking number to track your package. Once you receive your order, remove from cooler and store at room temperature. To guarantee the condition and safe arrival of your order, we require a signature on all shipments. Please provide us with a business or residential address where someone will be able to sign for your order. The driver will not leave your package without a signature and delivery will be delayed if someone is not available to sign. We are not responsible for melted chocolate if the driver is not able to deliver the package when expected.

When will my order be shipped?

We’re committed to completing your order within our Standard Processing time. Once we receive your signed Customer Order Request Form , deposit and approved proof, your order will be shipped with 10 business days. Please note that in order to avoid melted products, chocolate orders placed on a Wednesday or Thursday may be held for shipment until the following Monday. (See FAQ “How do I place my order” regarding rush orders)
